Bondhu Tomar is a Bengali movie’s release date was 18 June 2010. This kolkata film was directed by Arup Kumar Dey and the music was directed by Kalyan Sen Barat. It was produced by Joydip Ghosh.
Plot: The story of the movie Bondhu Tomar starts with Nilava who is an artist. He is a lonely person and his inspiration is Jhilmil who is a student of music in the same academy. He once goes to her place to present a painting of her which was done by him but comes back home after being embarrassed by her father. With a life of shame, he goes to a nearby railroad and tries to commit suicide jumping over a moving train. Coincidentally Urmi saves him who was actually a call girl. Later Nilava comes to know that and gets shocked.
The story was moving very slowly and there is nothing in this movie to talk about. It was neither acclaimed by the viewers or the critics. But the songs were fairly good.
